How It Works
Create a Raffle
Start by creating a new raffle. Set the raffle name, configure prize limits per participant (1 prize per participant, unlimited, or custom limits), and set the draw speed for animations.
Add Prizes
Add prizes to your raffle. For each prize, specify the name, quantity (how many winners), and optionally upload an image. You can reorder prizes using drag-and-drop.
Add Participants
Add participants individually or import them in bulk via CSV. You can also export your participant list, deactivate participants, and manage entries as needed.
Customize (Optional)
Enhance your raffle by uploading a custom background image, adding custom drum roll audio for the drawing animation, and fireworks audio for winner celebrations.
Draw Winners
Navigate to the Draw Winners page, select a prize, and start drawing. Watch the animated name cycling, then see the winner revealed with celebration effects. You can draw one winner at a time or draw all remaining winners for a prize.
Track Results
View all winners in the Winners tab, search and filter by prize, export results to CSV, and monitor statistics. You can also reset winners if needed.
